Political cabaret achieved its peak on Radio Beromünster during the Second World War. Later DRS 1 has bas been broadcasting well known programmes such as «Faktenordner» or «Zweierleier». For «WITZERLAND», Hanspeter Gschwend has combed through the archives of Swiss Radio DRS and selected the brightest jewels. With Hanspeter Gschwend, Walter Keller, Jürg Kauer and Fritz Zaugg

With Dodo Hug and Efisio Contini, thinking becomes a game and the game becomes music

Roland Wäger conjures a rich variety of rhythms and sounds out of drums, bongos and marimbas

Whether it is rap or a madrigal, this a capella quartet makes everything sound as if freshly discovered

Samuel Zünd and his male-voice quartet show how Schwyzertüütsch can be made to swing
